Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Blivvio (the "app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These Terms apply to the personal and lifetime licenses offered for Blivvio.
License
When you purchase a license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use Blivvio on Macs you own or control. A Personal license includes one year of updates; a Lifetime license includes all future updates. You may move your license to a new Mac at any time.
Trial & purchase
Blivvio is free to use for a 14-day trial with full functionality and no account required. After the trial, continued use requires a one-time purchase ($29 Personal or $49 Lifetime). Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases; your existing license is unaffected. There is no subscription.
Refunds
Because the trial lets you evaluate the app fully before paying, purchases are generally final. That said, if Blivvio doesn't work as described, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right — typically with a refund.
Acceptable use
- Don't redistribute, resell, or share license keys.
- Don't reverse-engineer or attempt to circumvent licensing, except where law permits.
- Don't use Blivvio to transcribe others without the consent that applicable law requires.
Intellectual property
Blivvio, its name, and its design are owned by us. The transcription model is provided under its own license. Your transcripts are yours — we claim no rights to anything you dictate, and we never receive it.
Warranty disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that transcription will be error-free or uninterrupted. You're responsible for reviewing transcribed text before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for your license. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You may stop using Blivvio at any time and delete it along with all local data. We may terminate a license for material breach of these Terms, such as license abuse.
Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blivvio operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions? Email support@blivvio.com.
